Ben

Ben

I am a recent graduate from the University of Michigan with a B.S. in Economics. I am a current middle school science teacher in the Bay Area and I try to ignite my passion for science and education in all of my students! I have tutored college level physics at the University of Michigan where I helped students in their introductory courses. In addition to economics, I have a strong science background in biochemistry, physics, chemistry and biology. I love to teach through visuals, projects, and hands-on learning, especially in science! My goal is to not just tutor a subject but also to also teach how to be successful in that subject in the future.

Hobbies

I have many hobbies and interests, but some of them include: attending concerts, cooking, computer programming, hiking the bay area, playing the cello, and reading my kindle. I'm very laid back but I make sure to get work done! My personality is one of my greatest strengths and my goal is for students to feel comfortable in the subject and successful after each session!
