Laurel
My name is Laurel and I am a compassionate and enthusiastic mathematics tutor. I am equipped with five years of tutoring experience, a B.A. in Mathematics from UC Berkeley, and participation in research projects with NASA and the California Institute of Technology. Throughout my career, I’ve learned to portray mathematics in a manner that removes any intimidation. I hope to convey the idea to my students that math is just a tool at their disposal, and there is beauty to be found in their applications of it.
