Katie
I’m currently a first-year MFA screenwriting student at UCLA and a graduate of Stanford University, and I’ve spent countless hours doing academic and creative writing, participating in workshops, collaborating on projects, and helping others with their writing. I love working with other people and problem-solving, and tutoring is an incredibly rewarding intersection of both of those passions. I’ve been tutoring and editing essays for a while now, and I believe in working with students to find the strategies and ways of thinking that are most effective for them–every student is different, and finding the right approach can help them far into the rest of their academic careers.
