Hi everyone! My name is Victoria and I am a current student at the University of California- Los Angeles (UCLA). I have been formally tutoring for the past 4.5 years, starting with my first job as a Tutor for the Kumon Company as a senior in high school. I have worked with children as young as 5, all the way to nontraditional students over 50 years old, giving me an ample and diverse range of experience.

Whatever your goals, I want to help you reach your full potential and achieve them!
I primarily work within the domains of English and Writing, but am available to help with Psychology and History as well. As a tutor, I tailor each of my sessions to fit the student’s personality in order for them to learn in the way most effective for them. I like to make the focus about you–what you believe you can improve on, what you are already great at, and what your long-term goals are and how I can help guide you there. I will never rush a student or pressure them to make them feel as though they are “wrong” for not “getting it.”

In my free time when I am not tutoring, I have a number of other side jobs, and I enjoy eating pasta and petting dogs. I also like taking naps and binging on Netflix, much like any other student.
